During many years TourGolf Scandinavia has worked with the task to define the needs that a Superintendent require from a modern maintenance and management system. A software that has to be complete, support all daily operation on the course, support forecasting, planning, contact with suppliers and more.The result is TourGIS, a software that is not limited to the challenges above but also create the best environment for efficiency and ability to keep course data up-to-date over time.
When mapping, we measure all that is visible and market. Example of objects besides fairway, green and more are roads, trees, irrigation system, drainages, vaults and other objects interesting to measure.
Depending on needs and already existing mapping data we are also able to import/export correct data to/from other systems. It can be the whole irrigation system, electrical power supply or other parts. The point is to have everything in one system (TourGIS) in the end and plan and do all documenteray from there.
In day-to-day operation TourGIS have a number of advantages that is completely unique and that makes the system the best alternative when it comes to daily operation and maintenance of the course. Except the unlimited number of users there is an extra security built-in the system. This by a back up files of basic mapping data and the latest version of course data on our server. You always have access to this data via our customer portal.
TourGIS is very easy to use and aslo supported by our eLearning and instructions online. Via documentary of changes on the course, made either by your own GPS or without GPS via a triangulate function the update process will fast and cost efficient.
Quick and correct prints will make work more efficient. For example you will easily produce daily working orders, list of objects, hole lengths and area measurements.
